Biographical

    • Responsible for the Office for Developmental Work (CADECOM) at the Bishops' Conference of Malawi (ECM)
    • Responsible for the Development Education Program (Training for Transformation) in Malawi within the framework of the ECM
    • Responsible for justice and peace and the integrity of creation in the diocese of Lilongwe
    • Founder of the Center for Social Concern 2001
    • Director of the Center for Social Concern 2002- 2018
    • Various interventions within over 20 years led to the support of tenants of tobacco farms in Malawi. The Tenancy Work Act promoted a structural approach.
    • Introduction of a programme to promote interreligious dialogue
    • Was in touch with many organisations on the subject of living wage, which are committed to better working and living conditions and use data from the basket of basic needs
    • Presented several anti human trafficking projects
    • Has set up a library and resource centre to help people of all ages become critical citizens
    • Was a member of the board of trustees of the Centre for Human Rights and Rehabilitation (Malawi's first human rights defenders organisation), Tikondane: Children off and on the Streets.
    • One of the founders and management board members of the Malawi Economic Justice Network
    • Member of the Friends of Kungoni in Mua
    • Has worked for the National Initiative for Political Education as a consultant
    • Supported the CCJP in the dioceses of Mzuzu, Lilongwe and Dedza in their education and planning
    • He helped develop various strategic plans and advocacy strategies. (CfSC in Lilongwe and FENZA in Lusaka)

    Biographical

      • November 2018 up to the present - Project Coordinator for the Catholic Women's Organisation: Episcopal Conference of Malawi (ECM)
      • Sexual and reproductive health projects aimed at women and young girls
      • Mentoring and empowering communities and institutions involved in adapting acceptable and safe reproductive health systems and practices
      • Providing reproductive health education through training and massive awareness-raising
      • Performing instructions for trainers of all levels
      • Implementing meetings with various government stakeholders on issues of access to safe and protected reproductive health facilities for women and girls
      • Co-founder of the Let them Speak Campaign; Men and women shall speak up against sexual and gender-specific violence
      • National coordinator of the „Care for Girls“ campaign
      • Regional social welfare for the „Beyond Beauty Organization“
